DOME RESTAURANT (2025)
The Dome Restaurant is a circular dining environment built entirely around flow, visibility, and connection. The entire building forms a perfect ring system, with each layer serving a specific purpose to create a seamless dining experience.
At the center sits the kitchen, fully open and designed as the heart of the space. Chefs prepare meals in full view, turning the act of cooking into a performance that draws guests inward.
The ring surrounding the kitchen holds the server stations. This placement ensures efficiency, allowing staff to access every part of the restaurant quickly with minimal movement and maximum awareness.
The next outer ring features the bar and single-seat dining. This area is designed for individuals, casual visitors, and guests who prefer a quicker experience while still enjoying clear views of the kitchen activity.
The final outermost ring offers full duo dining. Tables are spaced to create comfort and intimacy while still maintaining the circular flow of the overall design. Every guest, no matter where they sit, feels connected to the central energy of the space.
The Dome Restaurant functions like a living organism with a heartbeat at its core. It blends performance, architecture, and hospitality into one continuous circular experience that celebrates food, community, and shared space.
