2023-2024
The Company:
HG2 Emergency Lighting is a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in advanced vehicle lighting solutions for law enforcement, fire rescue, and security fleets. Known for its signature perimeter lighting systems, HG2 focuses on maximizing visibility and officer safety in high-stakes environments.
The Challenge:
When I joined the project, HG2 was facing an outdated digital presence that no longer reflected its day to day service. The brand needed a refreshed and cohesive strategy to support the launch of its latest product—the Crossfire 2.0—a next-generation lighting system.
My Role:
I was brought in to modernize HG2’s social media presence, redesign the company website, and develop a high-impact digital campaign for the Crossfire 2.0 launch—driving engagement, generating leads, and reinforcing HG2’s authority in the industry.

EXECUTION
We built a series of systems that allowed HG2 to maintain a strong, consistent social media presence—each digital footprint was purposefully crafted to highlight the benefits of the company to the customer. These systems unified the company’s social media, website, and in-store displays, creating a seamless brand experience.
Additionally, I ensured the infrastructure was scalable and easy to transfer, empowering new employees to seamlessly pick up where we left off—so the company could shift its focus to larger operational goals without losing marketing momentum.
RESULTS
Improved Internal Workflow
The new content development systems and brand guidelines helped streamline HG2’s internal processes. The team was able to respond to business demands more efficiently, with clear documentation and workflows that supported consistency.
Increased Customer Engagement
Social media engagement increased by over 50%, with more customer inquiries coming through direct messages and comments. The updated content was better aligned with customer interests, providing relevant product information in a more engaging format.
Modernized Brand Appearance
The redesign gave HG2 a more current and cohesive brand image across digital platforms. This update helped the company better align with customer expectations and stand out in a competitive market.

YouTube Thumbnails
As part of the new content development system, a standardized YouTube thumbnail template was created to support brand consistency and improve internal workflow. Designed to highlight the vehicle, product name, and reserved logo placement in the top-right corner, the template ensured each video aligned with HG2’s updated brand guidelines while remaining easy for the team to replicate.
Social Media Reels
Reels were developed to showcase HG2 products installed on various vehicle models across law enforcement, fire rescue, and roadside assistance sectors. Each reel featured simple, product-focused video content, with covers clearly displaying the vehicle make and model. This approach supported the customer decision-making process by allowing viewers to easily identify compatible setups for their specific vehicle type.
Fallen Officers Campaign
This campaign honored officers who lost their lives in the line of duty by providing daily updates on both the website and Instagram Stories. Each tribute included the officer’s name, department, date of incident, and a respectful visual featuring a headrest graphic and department colors. The campaign was designed to pay tribute with dignity while strengthening HG2’s connection to the communities it serves.
Social Media Banner Template
Developed a custom banner template optimized for Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn to ensure a cohesive brand presence across platforms. Each banner was designed to seamlessly showcase the product while visually reinforcing the HG2 brand identity, creating a consistent and professional experience for visitors on every channel.
