How will people hear about it? Promotion is how you inform, persuade, and remind people about your offer. Channels include TV, prints, digital billboards, social media, PR, emails, SEO, blogs, and podcasts.

5 - People

Who’s behind the brand? Everyone involved in delivering your product is part of the experience. People don't only buy products. They buy the people and story behind them. From support, to sales, and operations, they shape how your brand is felt.
